Today Mohun-Bagan defeated East-Bengal in the second round of Calcutta Football league by a solitary goal scored by their new foreign recruit from Togo. This is the first time in my life I saw MB defeat EB in both the rounds of CFL. Record books say such feat for MB last occurred in 1967. EB defeated MB in successive two rounds in Calcutta Football league in 1978.
